An exciting new role has become available in our Supporter Care Team. This is a full time, permanent role.
You will be rewarded with a fantastic work environment, the option to work from home 3 days a week and free onsite parking. 

 

The purpose of this position is to provide superior service to World Vision supporters. This role will assist in achieving our retention and revenue targets, and maximise opportunities to advocate on behalf of the children and communities World Vision serves.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing superior service to World Vision supporters through inbound and outbound calls, chat, email and letters.
  • Accurately updating and maintaining supporter records
  • Contributing to revenue targets by offering appropriate retention options and promoting current campaigns and appeals


Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • A great attitude, patience and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated success working within a sales and service environment
  • Highly developed communications skills, both written and verbal. Fluent written and verbal English language skills are essential
  • Computer literacy skills, e.g. strong skills in the use of MS Office Suite; accurate and efficient keyboard / data entry skills
