Digital Manager

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced digital professional to join our team.


Sitting within our Marketing team, the Digital Manager is responsible for optimising our digital experiences on the website and shaping the way we attract, inspire and engage our current and future supporters through Digital Marketing and exceptional digital experiences.


In this role you will deliver the organisation's online fundraising strategy, focusing on user experience and revenue growth, identifying tactics and opportunities to deliver on the channel’s performance objects and targets.


As the Digital Manager, you will manage the digital engagement team and oversee the deliverables of our media buying agency.



Key responsibilities are:

  • Lead the implementation of the online fundraising strategy across paid search, social, display and native
  • Provide day to day management for all digital activities  
  • Maintain quality and consistency of brand and content across the website to deliver exceptional user experiences and meet conversion targets 
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, optimisation initiatives and digital acquisition through paid media activity
  • Actively champion a culture of data-driven performance across the organisation 



  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position within a complex organisation 
  • Strong Analytics capabilities
  • Experience in UX
  • Preferred experience in fundraising or subscription modelled business
  • Team management background preferred
  • Experience working and leading, cross-functionally to deliver
  • Comfortable with resource management, ideally with experience managing resources of all creative disciplines in-house and agency contracts
