We are looking for an Email & Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Direct Marketing team. The purpose of this role is to lead World Vision’s email communications with our supporters. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with internal stakeholders to inform and execute their email workflows as well as owning and designing eDM journeys in support of financial and sales goals.


What will you do?

  • Use your strong relational and process management skills to deliver engaging and timely email communications to our amazing World Vision supporters in collaboration with internal marketing teams
  • Provide strategic input on best email practices to the wider organisation
  • Strategize, create and deliver best-in-class donor lead conversion journeys using email marketing automation
  • Work closely with our external agency to produce interesting, donor-centric, brand aligned email content in accordance with donor insights, communication guidelines and child protection protocols
  • Manage the ongoing upkeep of all email and SMS platform functions and account health to ensure optimal functionality
  • Be across lead conversion best practices for ongoing improvement

What will you bring?

  • Relevant marketing qualification or minimum 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Growth mindset with results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring)
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation or knowledge of MarTech platforms, deep knowledge of HubSpot preferred
  • Subject matter expert in email best practices, deployment, subject line testing and send-time optimization
  • Track record of driving leads and funnel conversion programs is an asset
