If you’re ready for a role with purpose, join our whanau as the Administration Assistant reporting to the Senior Executive Assistant/Governance Manager for the National Director. 

The role is part-time, 20 hours per week, with flexibility in start and finish times.


Be the go-to person for all things administration! You will not get bored in this fast paced and varied role. One moment you could be managing travel and accommodation and the next helping prepare an event for the Board.


Board meetings are held monthly so the preferred candidate will need flexibility in work days and hours to attend these which may be outside of the normal working routine.


What will you do?

  • Arrange and schedule meetings and travel (both national and internationally)
  • Collate and prepare documentation for the Board
  • Support coordinating board meetings and agendas
  • Preparing documentation or communications for various meetings and events
  • Assisting with processes and audit administration
  • Checking and loading invoices


What will you bring?

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a PA or in an administration role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in working and delivering to tight deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and sometimes pressured environment, have initiative, can do attitude, naturally collaborative.
