If you’re ready for a role with purpose, join our People & Culture team as the Process Change Manager during an exciting phase of re-platforming business systems into global digital applications.

What will you do?

  • System and process diagnostics
  • Change management across the organization
  • Continuous end to end process improvements Create implementation toolkits and user friendly guides
  • Conduct ongoing training and coaching


What will you bring?

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing IT system implementation and business process improvement
  • Proven business process analysis experience
  • Experience digitising and automating workflows
  • Experience with Workday, Dynamics 365 CRM, JIRA, LogicApps/Flows, SharePoint, Visio an advantage
  • Strong project management
  • Excellent change management skills and toolkit
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Training effectiveness
