If you’re ready for a role with purpose, join our Direct Marketing team as a Direct Mail Specialist where you will develop and execute best-in-class direct mail fundraising appeals raising vital funds to help children and families in great need through our work overseas.  


What will you do?

  • Lead, develop, and execute direct mail appeal fundraising campaigns to meet cash targets
  • Manage the production of appeal campaign assets in co-ordination with external creative, print and mail house suppliers
  • Monitor budgets for each appeal, tracking expenses and projecting targets to ensure maximum ROI
  • Monitor appeal performance and apply learnings to improve income results
  • Support wider marketing teams with direct mail campaigns and targets
  • Utilise fundraising best practice tactics to optimize appeal response rates
  • Collaborate with international partners to leverage proven initiatives


What will you bring?

  • Relevant tertiary qualification is an asset
  • Minimum 2+ years of fundraising/marketing (including Direct Mail) experience (ideally for a non-profit organization) 
  • Track record of project management, execution skills, and results 
  • Track record of creating and implementing direct mail campaigns and campaign management
  • Experience working with print and mail vendors is an asset 
  • Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
