World Vision New Zealand is the largest overseas humanitarian organisation in New Zealand. We implement emergency relief and long-term community development projects. We operate in 23 countries, employ over 100 staff throughout New Zealand, and have a strong volunteer's database.
We are looking for a Supporter Care Consultant to join the team. The purpose of this position is to provide superior service to WV New Zealand’s supporters which results in long term loyalty. This role will assist in achieving WV New Zealand’s retention, acquisition and revenue targets and maximise opportunities to advocate on behalf of the children and communities WV New Zealand serves.
Candidates should possess strong inter-personal skills, a strong work ethic, and be a quick learner. Fluent written and verbal English language skills are essential. Excellent communication skills will be needed along with a willingness to share knowledge and contribute to a continuous learning environment. At least 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service environment is required.
Full product and system training will be provided with ongoing support.
