The Head of Direct Marketing and Product will lead the engagement, fundraising, and retention of World Vision NZ’s Supporter Base whilst contributing to reshaping the World Vision experience. This role will manage the Supporter Journeys (CX) and align the ‘’right product experience to the ideal supporter segment’’. Reporting into the Marketing and Engagement Director, this position leads a team of 18 staff in our Penrose office in:
1) the engagement, fundraising (regular giving, direct marketing and telesales), and retention of World Vision NZ’s current Supporters
2) contributing to reshaping the World Vision experience and journeys
3) managing the product portfolio aligning the right product experience to the ideal supporter segment with the optimal communications and channels.
4) champion Supporter satisfaction and loyalty through our Customer Care team
