Executive Assistant to the National Director (CEO)

Working directly with the National Director (CEO), the Board and Senior Leadership Team in this varied role, you will be an expert in creating systems and managing priorities.

Our National Director will be relying on you to read the mood of the organisation and anticipate support needs. You will need that rare combination of being warm and able to build strong relationships, while being business-minded and able to protect the National Director's time. And you will need to be able to draft well-written communications and pull together presentations.

Here's what you'll need to have:

  • A bachelor's level degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 years in a professional office environment, including previous EA experience
  • Strong written communication skills - ability to draft written communications to a high standard
  • The ability to anticipate needs and sound judgement on when to act independently and when to    refer back
  • Technology savvy and highly competent on standard Microsoft Office applications
  • Good organisation and priority management skills; efficient with the ability to deal with conflicting   demands
  • Dedication to working with a collaborative approach by building relationships and participating as  part of a team
  • A ‘can do' attitude and grace under pressure
