The Finance Manager is responsible for supporting WVNZ through the provision of excellent financial control and management of resources, ensuring that the business maintains the highest standards of financial reporting, integrity and stewardship. As a key member of the Operational Lead Team, the Finance manager is a trusted advisor for the WVNZ business and will be looked to for input into a wide range of operational issues.

Here's what you'll need to have:

  • Previous experience in financial accounting at a senior level
  • Previous experience in business partnering, business analysis or management accounting
  • Tertiary qualification in accounting or associated discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership and management of people within a business environment
  • Experience in managing and planning budgets both operational and project
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships, functional with internal and external stakeholders
  • Works collaboratively with a strong team spirit
  • An affinity to Christian beliefs and values
