An exciting opportunity exists for a Youth Development Manager to join our team.
World Vision New Zealand is the largest international humanitarian organisation in New Zealand, employing 80 staff and a large volunteer base. Last year alone, we helped 2.9 million children across 23 countries around the world.

The purpose of this position is to coordinate the delivery of key elements of World Vision’s schools and youth strategy, including the creation of education resources, and leadership events. You will also be the voice of schools and youth into the development of the 40 Hour Famine marketing campaign.
You will also lead our Young Adults (18-25 age) programme, including the recruitment, support and mentoring of the youth volunteers as they advocate for change.
