An exciting opportunity exists for a Telephone Account Manager to join our team.
World Vision New Zealand is the largest international humanitarian organisation in New Zealand, employing 80 staff and a large volunteer base. Last year alone, we helped 2.9 million children across 23 countries around the world.

The purpose of this position is to assist in achieving World Vision New Zealand’s revenue targets by using appropriate telephone sales account management and engagement techniques. These activities will be carried out primarily by phone and will involve speaking with existing supporters. Key goals include income generation, relationship building, bequest acquisition and optimising the supporter experience for our existing supporters.
