The purpose of this position is to provide strategic evidence of impact to support marketing communications, measure progress against organisational strategy and inform programmatic decisions.  The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in a range of research and evaluation methods, as well as how data and learning can be utilised to inform both our work and those we seek to influence. This calls for a strategic thinker who is inquisitive, creative and credible.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Academic qualifications and relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of development process and theory
  • Experience in impact analysis, data interpretation, tracking and documentation
  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships and engage others
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.
  • Programme design, monitoring and evaluation experience is an asset.
