This role will lead World Vision’s email communications with our supporters. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with internal stakeholders to inform and execute their email workflows as well as owning and designing eDM journeys in support of financial and sales goals.  


Key responsibilities of the role are:

  • Act as the ‘go to’ person for eDMs overseeing scheduling, design, testing and execution of emails to our supporters
  • Create, test and optimise customer journeys aimed at up sales and cross-sales
  • Monitor email metrics and dashboards leveraging insights, data and analytics to improve content, conversion rates and customer flows 
  • Manage contracts with external vendors ensuring services are delivered on time and on budget 
  • Integrate journeys and customer touch points across multiple channels
  • Build advanced automated email workflows for retention and sales
  • Work closely with sales & campaign teams to optimize lead generation, identifying opportunities for pipeline acceleration and sales conversions
  • Inform integration projects between systems and platforms



  • Experience in marketing, digital marketing, content management or business
  • Hands-on experience with Hubspot or marketing automation would be advantageous 
  • Subject matter expert in email best practices, deployment, subject line testing and send-time optimization 
  • Excellent written communication skills and great at editing copy
  • An analytical and rational thinker with a results-driven approach (testing, measuring, iterating) 
  • Strong ability to work with multiple stakeholders
