We are seeking new Directors to join our highly professional and voluntary Board. As well as bringing the usual Board skillset, including experience at governance or senior leadership level, we are especially looking for people who have either of the following areas of expertise to bring to the Board:
You will be part of a dynamic governance team that is there to direct, support and challenge management. You can be based anywhere in New Zealand, however the board meets 4 times per year in Auckland (one of these is a two day retreat). Each member is required to have additional time to commit to support Board sub-committees, project work or areas of special interest, and correspondence between meetings.
